Bright Star

It is Saturday night. The perfect night for a good movie. Tonight I watched Bright Star, a most beautiful love story. Keats died young thinking himself a failure as a poet. We know him as one of the most well known Romantic Poets of all time. You will need a tissue or two.

A thing of beauty is a joy for ever: Its loveliness increases; it will never pass into nothingness; but still will keep a bower quiet for us, and a sleep full of sweet dreams, and health, and quiet breathing... ~Keats

  1. Hmmmm. While you're watching a biography about Keats, I'm five feet away, grading papers, watching a space movie with Clint Eastwood and Tommy Lee Jones. What does that say about me?

  2. Don't feel bad Jon we were watching "Marmaduke". That old saying about nothing new under the sun is so right. Both of us thought-"where have we seen this before" without the dog cast......still can't remember...lol

That was a lovely post Kelly. Have a great day.

  3. Looks like a wonderful movie and one that I can watch when Hubby is at work since it would not be his 'thing' to watch and enjoy. I love movie of this genre!
