Friday Baking with NotQuiteJuneCleaver

Here it is Friday and a good day for getting things done. I worked on that little office problem that I am struggling with and discovered that I actually do have a desktop under all that paper. Amazing. My friend Susan is hosting the most wonderful baking challenge and giveaway. Please join the fun and bake something exceptional every week. I am running a bit late this week, but that is okay because it was a baking success and well worth the effort. Thank you, Susan, the cobbler was guest worthy and wildly delicious.

Nothing looks better in a blue and white bowl than blueberries and strawberries. A summery look indeed.

And into the pie plate.

A touch of love added and into the oven.

And, of course, we should have ice-cream.

And that is that. It is delicious. I would write more, but I am heading back for more.

  2. I have just discovered your blog and had fun looking around. What a great place you have created here. This pie and the cobbler look incredibly delicious and so cute with the heart in the center of the pie. I've spent way too much time here this morning and since my coffee cup is now empty I'd better get going. I will be back.

    Have a wonderful weekend.
